Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using this website (the “Website”) and by purchasing any goods or services through it (including classes, programmes, passes, memberships or products) you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using or purchasing via the Website.

1. Bookings & Payments

 

  • All bookings must be made online via the Website or the Wix app.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

  • You are responsible for any card or payment fees charged by the payment provider.

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Classes must be booked before attending and places are limited

2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Passes

​

  • You may cancel a booked class free of charge up to 8 hours before the class start time.

  • Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend (a “no-show”), will result in the class being deducted from your pass or membership.

  • You may book classes up to 1 hour before the class start time.

  • If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, the system will automatically add the next person on the waitlist and notify them.

  • It is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

  • Passes, packages and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • All sales of passes, classes and memberships are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Discounts applied to class passes cannot be extended or refunded.

  • All passes and memberships have an expiry date.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

​

  • Unless otherwise stated, memberships will renew automatically, with payment taken on the same date each billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your membership subject to the cancellation terms published on the Membership page.

  • We reserve the right to alter membership fees or terms at any time; notice will be provided where legally required.

  • Memberships are non-refundable once started.

4. Workshops & Special Events

​

  • Workshops, retreats, and special events require advance booking and full payment.

  • These bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion if your place can be filled.

5. Liability & Liability Waiver

​

  • Participation in classes, workshops or use of products carries inherent risks, including risk of injury. You participate entirely at your own risk.

  • If you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, you agree to seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

  • The Yoga Tree and its instructors accept no liability for loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation or use of its services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • If you borrow studio equipment or props, you agree to use and return them responsibly and accept responsibility for any damage caused.

6. Code of Conduct

​

  • You agree to treat all staff, instructors and fellow participants with respect and consideration.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or immediately end participation if behaviour is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or unlawful.

7. Intellectual Property

​

  • All content on this Website (including design, text, images, logos and media) is owned by or licensed to The Yoga Tree.

  • Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless written permission is granted.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without prior consent.

8. Products & Online Shop

​

  • Products sold via the Website must be paid in full at checkout.

  • All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery or collection details will be provided at checkout.

9. Changes to Terms

​

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The most current version will always be available on the Website.

  • Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
