oin me online for a special Sunday morning Led Ashtanga practice as we come together in support of those affected by the devastating floods in the Nepal–Tibet region. We’ll begin with a short welcome and chant, followed by a Led Primary practice. Practise the full sequence or simply do as much as feels appropriate for you. Sunday 13 September · 8:00am · Online via Zoom The class is free to book. If you are able, please make a donation directly to the British Red Cross Nepal Flood Appeal. If you’d prefer to use an existing class pass, just let me know and I’ll donate £10 to the appeal on your behalf. 🙏🏼 Om Shanti

Cancellation Policy
Classes must be pre-booked via the website or Wix app. Cancellations are free up to 8 hours before class. Late cancellations within 8 hours or no-shows will be deducted from your pass or membership. Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before class. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and be added automatically if a space becomes available.
