Service Description
Step into spring with a morning of movement, breath, sauna and stillness—a chance to retreat from the outside world and listen inwards. This half-day mini retreat at The Yoga Tree is designed to help you release, re-energise, and reconnect in a supportive space with like-minded women. Retreat Schedule ☕ 8:00 AM | Welcome with a Hot Drink & Silent Gathering • Start the morning with a nourishing warm brew in quiet reflection. 📖 Journaling & Intention Setting • A short reflective session to set personal intentions. 🌬 Pranayama & Chanting • Gentle breathwork to awaken our lungs, followed by chanting for inner connection. 🧘 Dynamic Yoga Practice (Ashtanga-inspired) • Starting slow and gentle we build up to an invigorating flow through some sun salutations, twists, energising backbends before winding down into a blissful relaxation. 🥗 10:00 AM | Break & Nourishing Breakfast • Green smoothie, chia pudding, avocado toast, and more.... 🧖♀️ 10:45 AM | Sauna Experience at Hot Rocks Sauna (Just a 6-Minute Car Ride Away!) • Enjoy a deeply warming and invigorating sauna session to support relaxation and renewal. 🛏 12:15 PM | Return & Yoga Nidra • We conclude the morning with a short relaxation practice to seal our intentions in leaving you renewed, clear and inspired. 💰 Investment: £40 (includes yoga, food, and sauna) ✨ Give yourself this time to pause, nourish your body, mind and spirit and connect with other supportive women in a welcoming space. 📍 Limited Spaces Available!
