Summer Mysore Week 2024

Service Description

Join us for Ashtanga Yoga Belfast's Summer Mysore Week. This annual 5-day event is designed to invigorate your body and soul, and get you in the spirit of summer. Experience a focused morning yoga practice that sets you up for the day and helps you cultivate the discipline needed for personal transformation and growth. Guided by Gabriella individually within a group setting, with additional assists from Fiona, this experience will elevate your self practice and leave you feeling inspired, rejuvenated and hopefully proud of yourself! It is an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and inner calm, and the uplifting energy of other practitioners in the room will also support you in your endeavour! Tuesday 25th - Friday 28th will be Mysore style practice each morning between 6.15am - 8.45am. Saturday 29th we will finish off the week with a led primary class from 9am - 10.45am. *If you cannot attend the full 5 days then please see the separate booking option on the page which allows you to book to drop-in for 1 individual day or more! (Please mention the specific dates you would like to attend when you do so as the website may not give you the option to select them.)

Cancellation Policy

Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. If you have booked a place and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else.  If you are pre-registered for a workshop you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop to receive a full refund (booking fee will be deducted). Cancellations made later than this are only guaranteed a refund if the space is filled by someone else. Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop. ________________________________________________________________________ In certain circumstances, you may be able to transfer the payment to an alternative future workshop or course. This is offered at the discretion of the event organiser. In the event that a transfer is agreed between both parties it is understood that no further refunds or transfers will be permitted. In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately Ashtanga Yoga Belfast cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or transport problems) that lead to the participant being unable to attend the scheduled course or workshop.
