Service Description

Bhujapidasana, Kurmasana and Tittibhasana (from secondseries) as well as the transition through Bakasana are some of the more challenging postures and for most people it can take a long time of regular practice and a lot of patience to develop these postures. In this workshop we will break down these hip-opening and arm-balancing asanas in a safe and structured way and we will look at ways to prepare for them in your daily practice. With my guidance on correct techniques and proper breath pattern you might just get there and take flight!
