Service Description

A dynamic guided class that will explore many of the main poses and elements from the Ashtanga series without necessarily following the traditional sequence. We will always begin with several rounds of Sun Salutations before moving on to selected standing & seated poses. Each week we will focus on different aspects of the Ashtanga practice.
