Service Description

Mysore class is a unique setting in which practitioners learn and practice according to their own pace and ability. Students will receive one-to-one guidance and adjustments as needed*. Practitioners can begin anytime after the start time but within 45 minutes of the finish time. *Please inform the teacher if you would prefer not to receive any physical adjustments during the Ashtanga Mysore Class.
