Experience the amazing energy of a group practice with our once-a-month Ashtanga Led Primary class here in Belfast. In this dynamic class Gabriella will guide everyone with traditional breath count and posture names in Sanskrit through most of the primary series postures. This is a great way to challenge your body and mind, and find the ultimate blissful relaxation at the end. Join us for a nice start to the weekend and experience the transformative power of this practice. This class is not suitable for complete beginners of Ashtanga yoga please contact Gabriella before signing up and to get advise to which of her many other class offerings would be suitable for you to begin learning this method.
