Service Description
MONDAY & THURSDAY EVENING 5.30 - 8.15 PM. We will still chant the opening invocation at around 6pm, but the Shala is now just opening earlier for you to start your practice should you wish to. Mysore class is a unique setting in which practitioners learn and practice according to their own pace and ability. Students will receive one-to-one guidance and adjustments as needed*. Practitioners can begin anytime after the start time but ideally within 60 minutes of the finish time. *Please inform the teacher if you would prefer not to receive any physical adjustments during the Ashtanga Mysore Class.
